Photographic Goods Return Policy

Bennett's Camera Photographic Ltd. offers a 14-day refund and a 30-day exchange opportunity for most merchandise purchased. Returnable items can be brought in at any one of our stores or shipped back by mail.

All items considered for exchange or refund must be returned in "as new" condition, complete with all packaging materials. After 30 days all merchandise is considered used and may be considered for trade-in purposes only.

Your order should be checked upon receipt. Any shortage or damage should be reported within 10 days. Defective merchandise may be replaced with a like item, upon return of the defective merchandise.

The original receipt must accompany all merchandise to be considered for adjustment and warranty claims.

All returns are subject to inspection and Bennett's Camera Photo reserves the right to refuse any merchandise.

We do not accept for refund or exchange the following products:

• Film

• Paper

• Chemistry

• Non-stocked special order items

• Open software

If your goods were shipped to you, shipping, duty, brokerage and insurance charges are non-refundable; however we will refund your original shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.
